Since 2018, we have been continuing a tradition that has become a true ritual for us: choosing a word to guide us over time, one capable of steering our actions, inspiring our choices and giving meaning to the journey we build together, day by day.
For 2023, we have chosen GROWTH*.
*singular, feminine, plural.
A rich, dynamic word that speaks of continuous evolution, transformation and awareness. To grow means to improve, but also to be able to question oneself, tackle complexity and seize the opportunities that every change brings with it. It means looking ahead, without losing sight of the value of what has been built.

GROWTH has been interpreted by Simonetta Scala, a graphic designer and illustrator from Bologna, through a piece of work that embodies and reflects the values we believe in: rigour and inventiveness, attention to detail and a broader perspective, and a commitment to and appreciation of craftsmanship. An image that speaks of us, but also of the many Italian businesses which, with creativity and determination, continue to evolve even in challenging circumstances.

At 76 Industrial Graphics, growth is a daily commitment. It means investing in skills, strengthening processes, embracing open innovation and looking beyond borders towards an increasingly international market. But above all, it means putting people at the centre: because it is ideas, talent and collaboration that make all progress possible.

For us, growth is not just a goal. It is a shared journey. It is the way we choose to build the future, together.
