We offer a wide range of decorative solutions and have different technologies to meet the various requirements of industrial customisation. All the raw materials we use are carefully chosen to meet the strict requirements of OEM specifications (Original Equipment Manufacturer). We are committed to ensuring the highest quality all throughout the production process. We therefore have a dedicated quality department that strictly checks every processing phase.

We use a specific selection of raw materials to ensure high performance and resistance both indoors and outdoors, including:
• Temperature-resistant film and inks suitable for outdoor applications.
• Film and inks resistant to chemical detergents and high-pressure hoses.
• Thermoforming-resistant inks.
• Special film for application on low surface tension materials such as polyethylene.
• “Anti-bubble” film that makes the application of large decorations easier.

We are UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 – UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 – UNI/PDR 125:2022 certified, which shows our commitment to excellence, environmental management and safety, as well as our awareness of issues linked to the environment and people’s well-being.

LARGE FORMAT AND SCREEN-PRINTING

Screen-printing is widely used due to its versatility, outdoor durability and capacity to produce high-quality results on a wide range of materials, such as ADHESIVE PVC, RIGID PVC and POLYCARBONATE, GLASS and other rigid substrates. We can screen print up to 4 metres in length in a single solution. Thanks to this capacity, we can manage large-scale projects offering consistency and quality on larger supports.

Kromex patented technology offers 3D logos with a metallic look or colourful finishing which aesthetically match the brands made in ABS through injection moulding. Perfect for production with low/medium runs (from 500 to 20,000 pieces/year), Kromex logos offer guaranteed outdoor durability and are automotive-certified. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, withstanding changes in temperature, pressure washers and chemical cleaning, and can be applied onto flat or slightly curved surfaces.

Complete or partial decoration of industrial equipment or vehicles such as tractors, harvesters and diggers, and the creation of unique items (special editions, events, trade shows, field trials, etc) or small fleets (special series or limited editions). Vehicle wrapping can be done directly on the assembly line at the customer’s factory or at our facility. Our latest projects involve the complete wrapping of 12 harvesters and 40 round balers.
