On 27 March, we took part in an important discussion session at the Silvio D’Arzo Institute in Sant’Ilario D’Enza, in the communication and graphic design department.
We gave an insight into 76 through the eyes of our staff: from our departments and technologies to the strategic role of marketing in an SME. Particular attention was paid to the diverse skills required today and to non-linear career paths, which are becoming increasingly common in the world of work, thus offering students a practical insight into the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
Particularly significant was the testimony of our staff members, many of whom are former students of the Institute, who spoke about their own career journeys and the transition from school to joining the company. Their experiences provided a tangible example of the opportunities that can arise from dialogue between schools and businesses.
We strongly believe in the value of these initiatives and in direct engagement with the younger generation, which are fundamental to building a solid link between education and the world of work and to contributing to the growth of the local area.
