UNI PDR-125 CERTIFICATION: GENDER EQUALITY

76 Industrial Graphics obtained the UNI PDR-125 Gender Equality Certification.
The recognition is just the latest step in a journey that is rooted in our company’s history and looks at new challenges of inclusion and respect for people’s rights without discrimination for gender, ethnicity, or religion.
Indeed, 76 Industrial Graphics has been a reference in this regard over the years: a babysitting company; a work-family balance with flexible working hours; a time bank; a training-oriented business; and a hub for career paths. Welfare has always been designed to consider the needs of women, who now represent almost 75 percent of the workforce.
The certifying body then evaluated several parameters: culture and strategy, governance, processes, human resources, opportunities for women’s growth and inclusion in the company, gender pay equity, parenting protection, and work-life balance.
The Gender Equality Certification was thus a way to further strengthen a cultural approach to being a company and to draft a clear policy of constant monitoring and “zero tolerance” toward behavior that does not respect the freedom and rights of others.

According to Fausto Mazzali, our CEO: “For us, gender equality means giving coherence to our history, the way we live, and our Values, which are the basis of a cultural approach that characterizes our organization. Companies in today’s context are called to take a step forward in this sense: it is not enough to represent socio-economic interests but more and more culture and value-oriented ones; In fact, we must become a symbol for the communities in which we are embedded and a model for the new generations. 76 Industrial Graphics is a company that is increasingly “young” and “female”; it was therefore fundamental for us to define and implement a gender equality policy, a strategy on the subject, and a leading committee to which a dedicated budget was also assigned in order to develop monitoring and awareness activities.”
