76 Industrial Graphics receives the “Women Value Company” award

Receiving the Women Value Company award was a moving moment for us at 76: not an end in itself, but a tribute to the values that have always guided our company.

We firmly believe that women bring unique qualities to the workplace: empathy, consideration for others and the ability to listen. These characteristics create inclusive environments where every voice is heard, fostering a vibrant, creative and innovative corporate culture.

A focus on gender equality and corporate welfare is an integral part of 76 Industrial Graphics’ identity. It is a widespread culture that stems from the values passed down by our founders, Iones and Gian Carlo, and is renewed every day thanks to the sensitivity and vision of those who lead the company today, as well as the commitment of every team member, who embraces and shares these principles.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Marisa Bellisario Foundation and Intesa Sanpaolo, who, with great care, give a voice to companies that support gender equality on a daily basis through concrete actions. For eight years, the award has celebrated female entrepreneurship and its strategic role in addressing the most significant economic and social challenges.
