On 20 February, we began a process of dialogue and sharing with students studying Graphics and Communication at the Silvio D’Arzo State High School in Sant’Ilario (RE).
Through the story told by our Innovation Manager, Elisa Mammi, we retraced almost 50 years of company history, sharing not only the evolution of our journey, but above all the values that continue to inspire our way of growing and innovating.
The attention, curiosity and enthusiasm shown by the students reminded us how essential it is to invest in the younger generation and in the initiatives that are part of the 76Cares project. We strongly believe that when a company engages in dialogue with its local community, it can become a resource capable of creating value for the whole community.
This meeting is just the beginning: next week, the same students will be our guests for a morning at the company, during which they will be able to enjoy a hands-on experience and learn about the work of our teams.
